If you are interested in having your child attend Candy Cane, please fill out the form below to be placed on the waiting list. A staff member will contact you for a brief introduction and to gather any additional information we may need. 

  • There is a ONE time Enrollment Fee of $50 per child.

  • There is a quarterly Supply Fee of $40: Collected in February, May, August & November.

  • We DO accept CCS.
