Pathfinder

3 & 4 Year Olds

Pathfinder Class

Our mission is to Have Fun, Be Kind and Do Our Best!

At 3 and 4 years old our students have entered a stage of development in which they are increasingly independent and confident, can focus for longer periods of time and are eager to try new things. Our teachers have structured their classroom schedule and room set up to foster the best environment for learning! We have a curriculum that involves many hands on activities. We feel that children learn best through the acts of doing it themselves and through FUN!

The Pathfinder class incorporates large group instruction time, such as circle time, to teach lessons centered around our monthly themes. From there, students are often given independent tasks to complete allowing the teacher to work one on one with kids throughout the day. This style of learning harbors independence and helps students gain self esteem.

A young girl and a woman are sitting at a table with colorful magnetic letters on it, engaging in an educational activity. The girl has dark, wavy hair and is wearing a blue shirt, while the woman is smiling and pointing at the letters. The background includes wall decorations, including a welcome sign, children's drawings, and a poster about what a person named Danny should do.
