ABOUT MS. CLAIREY: Whether it’s in the classroom or on the gym floor, teaching has always been a passion of Ms. Clairey’s. , Her experience ranges from baby sitting to coaching gymnastics. She loves helping kids gain confidence and discover what they’re capable of. She loves to go shopping, sushi ,spending time with her family and all things Pink! Our Explorers Learning Center Preschools adore her and we are thrilled to have her in our ELC family!

What inspired you to become a teacher in the 3 year old classroom in Explorers Learning Center at K2?
“I’ve always loved working with kids, and teaching 3-year-olds at Explorers Learning Center at K2 is the perfect fit. This age is full of curiosity and big milestones, and I love being part of their journey, helping them learn and grow every day. “

Can you share a memorable teaching moment that had a significant impact on you or your students?
“One moment that really stuck with me was when a child came to me for a hug after a tough moment, seeking comfort and reassurance. Seeing that trust and comfort grow over time was such a reminder of how much impact we have as teachers “
CLASSROOM STRATEGIES:
How do you engage and motivate students in your 3 year old classroom? “I make learning feel like play! We sing, move, and explore. Every child is different, so I find what excites them and use that to spark their love for learning. Most of all, I make sure they know they’re safe, loved, and capable.”
